Princess

Princess Princess………………..my voice………………….. Does it knock at your heart’s doorstep……..?? Has my hand conveyed the warmth and love Glimmering within my heart for you, with every desperate knock. On your heart’s door to gain entry……….. Princess………… I’m falling hard and fast for you, Me this yokel desires to cherish your company Till the last cry of love’s pang leaves my heart…….. I stand forth you with all love.  I could but,  manage to buy. From the ocean of love with my last  knicker ……….. Princess………………..my voice…………….. Echo’s only one word  “Please!! Don’t abandon me……….. This yokel that I’m!!” ~Souma Mukherjee (Shubho)

Orchid for my beloved

Orchid for my beloved Sometimes pretty often I brood on the thought “O! What can I present you?” Then with a flash it comes to my mind What if I give you the most beautiful orchid Colored with each drop of my heart’s blood? But then I put the thought aside when my soul confronts me and says: “How can you present such an orchid to an orchid of ethereal and eternal beauty Plucked straight from heaven’s garden?” ~Souma Mukherjee (Shubho)

Ode to the Riv’r of Life

Ode to the Riv’r of Life River, O river of life ---- Enchanted as your course is! Engulfed in ever forming mysterious adventures. Mesmerized, I am ---- standing at your periphery. Ardently waiting to traverse through the many adventures that you hide within you. Idyllic my heart pounds to look at you. Laudable are you in your every aspect, Overwhelmed, am I to have come in contact with you. Virile have you made me with your vast stores of energy. Emollient you have been to me. Yokel, I am to describe you. Oeuvre is your from, indescribable by a yokel. Unabashed, I am, to say that you have the elixir of life which I long to drink… ~Souma Mukherjee (Shubho)

With it I love thy self’s ethereal and eternal beauty Thy incessant thoughts have become the air that makes this yearning breath. Thy smile, gait and voice have made me lovesick...
